I highly recommend Hiring Mr. James for your home inspection. I'm under contract on a new construction home, and Mr. James was able to find tons of issues with the house. I would advise everyone buying a house, especially a new construction home to use Turn Key Home Inspections, I guarantee its well worth the investment. James was very thorough, friendly, and went out of his way to teach me about everything he was finding. The pricing was upfront and the the inspection report is detailed and laid out very well. I found Mr. James to be super nice, and easy to talk with. Mr James is a real down to earth guy. He did my inspection on a house I was trying to purchase. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything that he found and why it needed to be fixed and/or replaced. I would give a 6 star review if I could. I’d recommend him for anyone.
